1. Call to Order
Brian Davies called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm.

2. Secretary’s Report

  • Kim presented the minutes from the previous meeting.
  • Motion to approve: Seconded and approved.

3. Treasurer’s Report

  • Report delivered by Mary Licker.

4. Maintenance Report

  • Dennis Loxton reported that the county has agreed to remove the tree in the ditch, saving HVCA at least $3,300 in tree removal and $3,000-$4,000 in stump removal.

6. President’s Report

  • Brian Davies reported that the homeowner at 8513 Hunters Knoll Run, who had promised to enter a payment plan for delinquent dues, failed to make the initial payment as agreed.

7. Architectural Report

  • 8316 Hunters Knoll Place: A certified letter was sent in June regarding the above-ground pool. The letter set a removal deadline of July 12. Motion passed 19-0 to have the attorney send a formal letter if not removed by then.
  • 8522 Deer Brook: Homeowner requested a waiver to the requirement for professional installation. Request denied with a 0-19 vote.
  • 8526 Hunters Knoll: Drainage easement blockage under review. Lee McAllister will report back at the July meeting.
  • 8408 Summerset Place: Some improvements have been made. Further action to be discussed at the July 2025 meeting.
